Offer

In a typical home selling process, the buyer makes an offer on the home.

Contract

Once your home goes into contract, the closing process begins.

Inspection

Once the contract is signed, the inspection will be scheduled. Your home will also be appraised to determine the home value.

Closing

Finally, we will set a closing date, where you'll complete the transaction.
